Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
